European conference in Berlin for MyAcademicID

On 20-21 November 2019, the MyAcademicID consortium presented the progress of the project at a European-wide conference in Berlin. Organised by the Deutsches Studentenwerk and hosted by the Humboldt University of Berlin, the two-day event gathered over 130 participants from more than 30 countries among university IT staff and CIOs, international relations officers, NRENs, student unions, national and EU decision-makers, and identity and service providers.

The European Student Card was discussed as a key-issue concerning a common student identifier (ESI).
